The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 84546UC3-EZ comes with the nut and retainer clip or you can purchase the Spindle Nut Kit for EZ Lube Axles part # RG05-100 which comes with the nut, retainer clip, and d-ring washer. You can reuse the old washer.
