Yes, the Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet - Single Lever Handle - Stainless Steel, # LC719325 does have the ability to replace the cartridge. Lippert uses the type-A (Lippert part Number, 2021025928) for this faucet.
If you do not already have a good water filter system in place, I suggest the AquaFresh Exterior Water Filter System w/ Wall Bracket - Single Cartridge, # AF67FR. The AquaFresh exterior water filter system reduces chlorine taste and odor, rust, sediment, ammonia, and volatile organic chemicals, this is a single-cartridge system that includes housing, 5-micron carbon block cartridge, wall bracket, and wrench. Replacement Water Filter is, # AF57FR.
