Our Goose neck kitchen faucet wont completely shut off. Is there a gasket or o-ring that went bad? And how do I get to it?

If your Flow Max RV Kitchen Faucet # LC719323 is leaking this is generally because aerator of the faucet became loose and it needs tightening as opposed to a gasket having gone bad. If you take a look at the linked instruction manual it explains the issue; I've added a cut out from the manual which explains this.

The lid for the SmartPlug #SM96MJ cannot be completely closed when you have a cable connected. You can rest the lid on the cable when it's connected for enough protection to safely use the connection though.
