Question:

Im wondering if these heavier spring bars will make a noticeable difference compared to the spring bars that came with my hitch 17062? I scaled my race trailer 30ft pace shadow gt without car loaded and have a tongue weight of 2200lbs I havent scaled it with the car in but Im hoping that it will reduce the tongue weight some with the car in it since the car sits towards the back of the trailer but either way it squats my truck a lot car or no car I was gonna order these if they will make a noticeable difference in my situation I can remove some stuff from the front if I have too to help but Im just trying to balance the thing out as best as I can.

In order for your W/D system to function correctly, you'll need to get the tongue weight of the trailer when it's fully loaded as it normally would be when you tow it. You'll also want to add the weight of anything stowed in the truck bed behind the rear axle to that figure. Moving the vehicle fore and aft in the trailer will have quite a bit of influence on how much tongue weight the trailer applies to the hitch, you'd typically want to center the vehicle on the trailer axles if possible. I'll link to an article that explains how to do this.

The Curt C17062 included 1000 lb spring bars that are rated for tongue weights between 800-1000 lbs. The replacement # C17074 bars are rated for 1000-1400 lbs of tongue weight, so the answer to your question will depend on the loaded tongue weight of your trailer.

Also, If the tongue weight is within the effective range of your existing spring bars, rather than upgrading to higher rated bars that would provide a rough ride and wouldn't be effective, I'd revisit the setup instructions for your system to ensure it's been set up properly. When set up properly, the rear suspension sag you experienced should go away to a large degree.
