What hitch shank do i need? thanks.

That's a pretty low trailer you have. To compute the correct amount of drop you would need you need to measure from the top of the hitch opening to the ground and from the bottom of the coupler to the ground. Based on the dimensions you just gave you would need a drop of 19 inches.
The weight distribution shank we offer that has the most drop is the part # C17125 which can do up to 15-3/4 inches of drop. Since 16 inches from the ground is pretty low for a trailer I am hoping that was either a typo or a mis-measurement.
