What is the length of the torsion bars? Do you sell this unit without the hitch that slides into the receiver on the vehicle?

The length of the spring bars on the Curt MV Weight Distribution System - Round Bar - 14,000 lbs GTW, 1,400 lbs TW # C17057 is 30-5/8 inches. These are the same bars, # C17074. We do not have this weight distribution system available without the shank.
