Question:

I have a 2021 Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf 25RRT toy hauler and would like to install a spare tire carrier on the back bumper that folds down to the ground so that I can still open my ramp door without issue. I dont want to mount a spare tire under the frame as ground clearance is big concern for off road dispersed camping. Could this Ultra-fab work or can you recommend an alternative that I could bolt into the 6inch steep bumper? My spare is a Dexstar mini-mod 14x5.5JJ 5 bolt.

With this you will be able to store the spare tire on the tray or off the side of the tray so that it will not affect access to your propane tanks, battery or frame mounts for a weight and sway distribution hitch you may have or need in the future.

The Ultra-Fab Folding Spare Tire Carrier # UF15-954730 is designed to mount to a 4" square tube bumper. It will not fold completely to the ground as it only rather tilts out of the way. With this it will not work for your toy hauler.
