How Do You Disconnect Factory 7-way Connector On 2007 Toyota 4Runner To Install Hopkins HM43374?

Question:
I have no doubts the new ones will plug right in once the old ones are off, but how do I go about disconnecting them? Where do I need to push, pry, or tug to get them to separate?

I am happy to help!
To disconnect the factory 7-way connector from your 2007 Toyota 4Runner you will need to press down on the tab of the grey connector, and pry up on the tab on the black connector as shown in the included diagram.
One the factory connector is removed, the Hopkins # HM43374 you were looking at will plug right in.
I included a video review of the # HM43374 for you to take a look at.
