It sounds like you're wanting to use the TST TPMS # TST-507-RV-6-C on a Class A or C RV while towing a trailer, so the best placement of the signal booster is going to be in the rear battery bay of the RV. This will provide the best field of reception for the signals from the trailer while also providing good reception to the monitor.
