Bracket Spacing Dimensions of Inno Fairing # INA260

Question:
I see the Fairing is listed at 31 inches long, but I need to know the distance between the outer brackets. Space is limited on my front crossbar because of 2 bike racks and a ski rack I use for fishing poles. Thanks!
