Hi I have a 45x 60 baja rack on my 4-runner and i need a cargo net that can go over boxes and stay tight driving fast on the interstate, what model do you recommend?

The largest stretch net for roof baskets is Stretch Net # Y07018. This measures 55" long and 21" wide when not stretched, so when stretched it would likely reach across the 60" long roof basket that you have, although it wouldn't reach the 45" width so you could possibly hook it into the rack if it has small enough bars for the net hooks.

I think your best option is Spidy Gear Bed Webb Stretchable Cargo Net 60" x 48" - Blue # 80112-03. This can also be found in Black # 80112-01, Yellow # 80112-11, or Red # 80112-06. I attached a demonstration video for you.
