I noticed some other front mount receivers said they were not compatibile with a 2021 Silverado with 2.7 T engine option. Can you confirm that this draw-tite receiver with fit a 2021 Silverado 1500 with 2.7 engine?

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # DT44HR you were looking at was manufactured by Draw-Tite with taller mounting brackets so that it would work with the the 2.7L and 3.0L engines in the new 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 like yours.
