Question:

Hi, I saw your post recommending a specific bike rack and hitch for the 2019 Nissan Rogue to avoid hitting the spoiler. Im purchasing the hitch receiver you recommended. However, the recommended bike rack is out of my price range. What are your thoughts on a less expensive rack specifically SportRack Crest 2 Hitch Mount 2-Bike Rack? Thanks!

Thank you for your hitch receiver purchase. We do offer hitch bike racks that may be closer in price to what you want to spend. The Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount, part # HR200Z, is similar in price and features to the SportRack Crest 2. It has a 45lb weight limit per bike. It comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin that locks to the vehicle. This pin removes the movement between the hitch bike rack and the hitch receiver. When empty this hitch bike rack can also tilt away from the vehicle, allowing you access to your hatch. The frame hooks are padded so your bike frame will not get damaged during transport and they are lockable, which secures your bikes to the rack.
