To install the Thule 490011 awning on the roof of my 2021 Ford Transit 250 medium roof, do I need additional mounting hardware or does the awning come with all the necessary installation hardware?

You will not need additional hardware to install the Thule # TH490011 awning on your 2021 Ford Transit with a medium height roof. These kits are for high roofs. I have attached a link to the installation instructions below.
