Does Thule Pulse Cargo Box TH615 Fit Factory Crossbars on 2019 Toyota RAV4

Could you tell me if the Thule force xt large would also fit 2019 Toyota RAV4 with factory installed crossbars and flush rails? The crossbars again are 33 inches and fixed so can’t be moved.
