The Yakima Skybox NX 16 cargo box # Y95AV will fit the factory crossbars on your 2013 Toyota RAV4. To determine if there will be interference with the rear hatch you can take a measurement on the vehicle.
First, if the crossbars can be moved, move the front crossbar as far forward as it will go. Then measure from the center of that bar straight back to the seam between the top of the hatch and the roof. If that measure is 47 inches or more then there will be no hatch interference.
