Hello, I have a 2021 Nissan Rogue SL AWD and I was curious if this hitch was compatible with the kick power gate?

The Draw Tite hitch part # DT23MR that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Nissan Rogue and also is compatible with the hands free liftgate you have as well. Basically you'd just have to kick to either side of the hitch opening and you'd be set.
