Question:
I have a 4 point Lippert leveling system in my Jayco 2019 MH. I keep getting a low voltage error when trying to use on battery. I have 2 batteries. I have to plug into land line for it to work.

Sounds like your batteries aren't fully charged. This could be that your battery charger isn't working or they are bad and not able to accept a charge. In rarer cases this issue is due to wiring that is frayed or not solidly attached which you'd have to go over the wiring of the setup to find and fix.
I'd start by putting a charger on the batteries like the CTEK # CTEK56353 which will either fully charge the batteries or let you know that yours have issues and then go from there.
