Question:

I have checked all the voltage and the wire, but I still get the low voltage message. could it be the controller? Thank you.

We do suggest making sure your batteries are fully charged and testing your batteries voltage under a load. If you have already tested voltage and inspected all of the wires for damage, there is not much troubleshooting we can do beyond that for the Replacement Controller # LC304136. If you are still within the warranty period you should be able to get the control module replaced, otherwise it is time to buy a new controller
