The Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 22 cu ft - Black Glossy # TH629906 should fit the factory roof rack on your 2019 Honda Odyssey without an issue, but you will want to take a few measurements just to be sure.
This box fits onto crossbars that are no wider than 3-1/2" and no taller than 1-11/16" and requires a crossbar spread of 23-5/8" minimum to 36-7/8" max. To verify your crossbar spread you need to measure from the center of one crossbar to the center of the next crossbar (see attached photo). Lastly, you will need to measure from the center of the front crossbar all the way back to the line where the roof and trunk meet. If this distance is at least 55" then you will have enough hatch clearance to open the trunk with the box installed. I attached a demonstration video for you.
