Replacement Mounting Clamps for Thule Force Cargo Box

Question:
I have an older Thule Force roof box with the QuickGrip clamps. Is it possible to buy and install these new PowerClick clamps for the new Force XT boxes in place of the old QuickGrip clamps on my older Force box? It would be nice to retrofit the older Force box with the built-in torque setting of the new PowerClick clamps.

The Replacement PowerClick Clamps are only designed for Thule Force XT and Motion XT cargo boxes so I would not be able to recommend you use them for your older Thule Force rooftop box. They also attach a bit different than the replacement clamps that fit your box.
These particular clamps just aren't meant to be used with the previous generation of boxes, so if your current clamps are in need of replacing, the correct part is the Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly # TH05738.
