Slip-On Mirror Extensions for 2021 GMC Sierra SLT1500

Question:

Do these mirrors have enough length to see around a 102inch wide trailer? I am concerned that they arent long enough? Plus, I have painted mirrors and chrome trim on them. Will any of these options affect fit or will they get scratched from these mirrors?

Your GMC is reported have a 81.2" wide body. If you have the smaller mirrors, that that the Longview # LO54FR slip-ons fit, then you would add only a few more inches. The Longview mirrors add about another 5-1/2" of width to each side that gets you to around 95" of width which is close to your 102" trailer width. These are the widest clamp-on/slip-on mirror extensions that won't fall off.

The mirror extension are designed to not scratch or mark your factory mirrors. They are custom molded to fit your GMC so you should expect a snug fit. Seems like there would be some friction somewhere. However, I feel these are the best option short of completely replacing the mirrors for 100's more dollars.
