i have noticed one of my pivot arms has a crack in it, can i get the pivot arms replaced?

The pivot arms for your B&W # BWRVK3200 are not sold separately. You would need to replace the base with B&W # BWRVB3200 base. However you should first call B&W to determine if this is covered under their warranty.

Right now, the individual 1/2" x 2" bolts, cap screws, and split washers, for the B&W Companion Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter #BWRVK3500 are only available as a kit with the replacement base #BWRVBK3500.
