I have the Patriot 18k slider and need to install in new truck. Going from F250 to 2500 Ram with puck system. What can I use to install my fifth wheel in pucks so I dont have to buy new hitch? Also I dont want to mount permanent rails if possible. Truck was 2021 F250 and now a 2021 Ram 2500 Mega Cab. Thanks

If your B&W # BWRVK3270 Patriot Slider was on bed rails in the F-250 and now you want to install it on a 2021 RAM with OEM Puck System you simply need to put a Demco # DM6099 Adapter between the hitch and the bed.
Your Patriot slider hitch attaches to the rail side of the adapter, and the other side plugs into your puck system.
