Reese Revolution/Sidewinder Pin Box Wedge Options for Curt A16 from Reese and Curt

I bought the Sidewinder Wedge for Curt A Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches C16992 instead of the Sidewinder Wedge Kit for Curt A16 Fifth Wheel Trailer Hitch Item # RP31016 and installed on my revolution pin box mating with my curt A16 hitch. Does this make a difference. The A series is installed and seems to fit ok. Would the specific A16 wedge fit better or any other performance difference?

You are totally fine. Curt and Sidewinder both make wedges for the Curt A16 hitch you have and both will work great. The Reese/Sidewinder brand is the part # RP31016 and the Curt brand is part # C16992. You'll notice that the design for both are about identical.
