Please explain the cost difference between #PF213324 and the identical faucet with the addition of the vacuum breaker which is $30 cheaper?

The difference between the Phoenix Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Vacuum Breaker - Dual Knob Handle - Chrome Item # PF213324 and the Phoenix Faucets RV Shower Valve w/ Vacuum Breaker - Dual Knob Handle - White Item # PF213245 is just aesthetics. The # PF213324 has chrome and nicer knobs on it so that is why there's a price difference.
