Does this come with wiring instruction if rv has no repeater dock?

There sure is!
Since your trailer does not have a repeater dock you will need to install the repeater dock included with the Tire Linc TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster # LC37VR and wire it to the battery of your RV. You will need to install a 15 amp fuse inline of the power wire on the repeater using an inline fuse holder like the # SWC9544.
The # SWC9544 uses mini fuses like what is found in the Mini Fuse Kit # PT62FR.
I included a videos for each of the products mentioned, and you can find the wiring details on the 3rd page of the included written instructions.
