I have another option for you, but all of the Convert-A-Ball interchangable hitch balls are limited to a 10000lb max towing rating with the 2-5/16" hitch ball.
Since your trailer is over 10000lbs I recommend going with a 3 ball adjustable ball mount like the Pro Series Adjustable 3-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 4-3/4" Drop, 5-11/16" Rise - 14K # 63070 which has a 14000lb towing capacity when using the 2-5/16" hitch ball.
This option will still allow you to quickly change to a 1-7/8" or 2" hitch ball when needed, but has a higher towing capacity.
