I have 1996 f250hd 4x4 with a bandw Turnball gooseneck hitch. I cant locate part number for airbags that will coincide with mounting brackets of hitch.

Since none of the air bag kit manufacturers have a fit for your 1996 Ford F-250 with an in-bed hitch what you'd need for suspension enhancement is the Timbren kit part # TFR250SDE which installs in a different location which allows it to not interfere and also provides the same amount of suspension support.
