I am wondering which mounting bracket you recommended for the 4 pin wiring harness when installing the Draw-Tite 76025 trailer hitch? I know this is a more concealed hitch And am unsure which mounting bracket to purchase. Thanks

The easiest way to install a 4-way bracket to the Draw Tite hitch part # 76025 that you referenced is the 4-Flat Mounting Bracket part # 18144.

For trailer wiring for your 2016 Honda Odyssey I recommend the # 118521 as it installs very easily and comes with a very reliable converter box.
