I have a solution for you, but the Inno square bar setup you referenced is only a fit for the 2018 Tacoma Double Cab, not Access Cab. The only Inno crossbar setup that fits your truck is the Inno Truck Bed Cargo Rack # INRT101-65 which attaches to your truck bed rails.
For a crossbar system that attaches to your roof, the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black # RR39TR would be a great option. These are aerodynamic crossbars which feature the common T-slot channel on top so that channel-mounted accessories can be easily installed.
