Question:
Do you have any tips for trimming the optional stainless steel fascia/valence/skid plate for the receiver opening of either the Draw-Tite 75940 or Stealth Hitch? It appears to be a sheet of actual stainless steel that covers the standard plastic fascia.

To trim the optional stainless steel fascia on your 2016 Porsche Macan to install the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75940 or Stealth Hitches # SH84FR you may still be able to use a Dremel as shown in the instruction manual, but you may need to use an angle grinder depending how thick the stainless steel is.
I recommend marking the area you need to cut with blue painters tape, that way you have a a very crisp line to follow to make sure you get a straight cut.
If this is something you are not comfortable doing, a local automotive repair shop or body shop will be able to do the trimming for you.
I included a link to the written instructions and an installation video for you to take a look at.
