Does the Hopkins Tow Bar Wiring Kit # HM56200 Fit 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK

Hi, I have a 2018 jeep wrangler jk. I purchased the hopkins 56200 wiring kit in March 2018. Today, after hooking up the jeep to our motorhome, the drivers side brake/turn signal wont work. Passenger side brake/turn signal work fine. Back in 2018, there was no mention that the kit was the wrong kit for our 2018 jeep. Numerous videos showed the installation using this kit for the 2018 wrangler. Could it be that the diode failed? Any help would be appreciated. Also, can the diode be replaced? What is the correct kit for my jeep? Thank you for your time,

We had the chance to install the Hopkins tow bar wiring kit part # HM56200 on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK like yours (see attached install video) so we do know this kit fits your vehicle. If yours had it's converter box short out and fail then you'd need to replace the entire kit. At this time we don't have a way to replace just the box.
