Does this void the warranty for the frame?

The Correct Track Trailer Lift and Alignment Kit # RR23QX you were looking at will not void the Lippert frame warranty on your trailer.
This is because this kit bolts to your existing hangers and just lowers the connection points to the leaf springs which is what lifts the trailer, and it not actually be attached directly to the frame or modifying the frame in any way.
