In order to use the Curt E16 Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # 16516 on a 2019 Ford F-250 with OEM Prep Pkg you'll need an adapter, the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch part # C88KR. The other option would be to just use the Curt E16 Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Towing Prep Package part # C16515-16020 which just drops right in so that's what I recommend.
