Question:

Will this work if Im pulling a 9000 pound trailer? I just hooked up and lost about 4inch in height at the bumper. tounge wt around 800 lbs

Yes, the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F4130 you were looking at are confirmed to fit your 2021 Ram 1500 as long at it is not the Rebel model and the 1000lb load leveling capacity will do a great job of supporting your rear suspension when your 9000lb trailer with 800lb tongue weight is hitched.

To keep from having to manually inflate the air helper springs I recommend adding the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor - Wireless - Smartphone Enabled - Single Path # F2610 which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in the helper springs with your smartphone.
