Best Trailer Hitch for 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 with Aftermarket Drop Bumper

Question:
I just bought a 2003 dodge 3500 DRW truck. The truck has a ranch hand legend rear bumper on it. the factory hitch was taken out and the bottom of the bumper sits below where the factory hitch would be. Would 41929 sit below my bumper where i can access the receiver? Do you have dimensions for the height?

The Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 41929 could potentially work with an aftermarket bumper as the receiver tube has a significant drop. It would be the best option for this type of application. It measures 9" from the mounting flange to the top of the receiver tube. This will be the most amount of drop available for this application.
