Question:
I recently purchased Super Spring SSA17 for the rear of my vehicle. There was not any instructions or a parts kit included. Does the parts kit need to be ordered separately. In looking through the site for my vehicle I am also wondering if the SSA17 was the best choice? It looks as though the SSA25 is also recommended? FYI, stock the vehicle sits a little lower in the rear and I was hoping these may offer adjustment to raise the rear an inch or two. I also occasionally tow a 9,000 pound trailer. Your input would be appreciated.

According to my research, the # SSA17 is compatible with your 2008 Jayco Class C motorhome on the Chevy Kodiak chassis. The kit should have included all the necessary installation hardware. I'll have our Customer Service folks reach out to you regarding the missing hardware. You can see the installation instructions by using the provided link. The # SSA25 is also a fit, but it actually offers a lower weight capacity (3400lbs) versus the 5000 lb capacity of the # SSA17, so I believe the # SSA17 would be a better choice.
SuperSprings also told me that several of the Jayco Seneca models actually has the # SSA17 installed as a retrofit under warranty from Jayco, so it's certainly a proven solution. I'm told that the SuperSprings # SSA17 would provide a 2 to 3 inch ride height increase in the rear, so its sounds like this would be perfect for you.
