The Paneloc Heavy Duty Spring Latch, # F720-172Z105, is not sold with a separate keeper. The Paneloc Slam Latch with Cover - 2" Long x 1-5/8" Wide - Stainless Steel, # F708-204P011, does come with a keeper.
