Best 1-Bike Rack Carrier for E-Bike with Fenders

Question:

I have a 2007 Lexus RX350 SUV with a 2 inch hitch. My old hitch wont work with my new e-bike as my new bike is a walk through. My new bike is a Giant hybrid Momentum LaFree E+ model. It does have fenders and the battery is above the back tire. As this is primary for local rides, I dont necessarily need the entire rack to fold away but if it folds down after I remove the bike, it would be easier to remove my helmet and other items from the back of the vehicle. We do have high winds here above 6100 ft so I want something steady in the wind. Does the Kuat Transfer V2 work? Does it come with locks? Any other affordable options for this senior rider? Thanks!

Since your Giant hybrid Momentum LaFree E+ model has fenders the best single bike rack carrier we have is the Inno Tire Hold part # INH110 which wouldn't interfere with the fender and has the needed weight capacity as it is rated for up to 60 lbs. It can also tilt down too.
