The Dexter DX7.5L A-60 Brake Actuator w Electric Lockout - Bolt On - Disc - 2" Ball - Zinc - 7.5K # DX56FR you were looking at is confirmed to work with tandem axle trailers like yours, and is a great option as long as your trailer uses disc brakes.
