I have a 2018 f150 4wd and was wondering if the heavy duty RAS was too much for it or will i be ok either way?

The Standard RoadActive Kit # RAS3611-Y would work as well.
I'm a person who goes by the thought process of "Better to have it and not need it than not have it and need it". So I suggest going with the Heavy Duty kit and adjusting it to you. You can always adjust it as needed.
