I plan on installing an Andersen 5th wheel hitch on my 2019 ram 2500. Will this goose neck be sufficient?

The Andersen 5th wheel hitch that mounts to a gooseneck hitch just requires a standard gooseneck hitch, and will work with the underbed Curt gooseneck hitch that fits your 2019 Ram 2500, which is the following:
- Curt Custom Underbed OEM-Style Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # C60633
The Curt gooseneck will fit in either the 6-1/2 foot or 8 foot bed and I've added a link below to a video install of this hitch on a '19 Ram 2500 for you to take a look at as well.
The only other thing you may need is a gooseneck wiring harness if you don't have one, and the fit for your Ram is the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56070.
