Question:
I have seen the S94FR work with some step thru e-bikes. Can you tell me the lowest frame height it will clamp down to? Heights from the tire cups up to the lowest the frame mount will go.

Expert Reply:
The Swagman E-Spec # S94FR will work with any step thru e-bike that weighs 70-lbs or less, so the step-through is not an issue; however, on some bikes a bike frame adapter bar like the # 64005 will be required. In most cases with the e-spec you're going to need at least 1 adapter bar since the hook closest to the vehicle does not go down very far, but the front hook will go down low enough to handle some of the most aggressive step through frames. The distance from the wheel holders to the underside of the hook will be roughly 18". This shouldn't discourage you from using the E-Spec though because of the availability of the adapter bar, and this is a great solution to carry heavy e-bikes on a car, SUV or RV.
I've linked a review video of this rack for you to have a look at.
