Does Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver C31088 Fit A 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500?

I have a 2019 Silverado 1500 LT 4WD with a 5.3L V8. Will the #C31088 hitch reciever fit this vehicle? I am pretty sure I will need to trim a spot in the front spoiler to accomodate the hitch reciever. Thanks.

You are correct that you will need to trim the fascia to allow the hitch to be installed as shown in the included cutout from the instruction manual.

Hi Timothy; for your 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 diesel we have the Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver #DT44HR. This is the only front hitch without the diesel restriction.

While I don't have an exact figure I can give you I can show you what the Curt Front Hitch part #C31088 looks like installed and from there we can tell that it's going to reduce the front ground clearance by 3 inches give or take.
