Hello, Will the Roadmaster 1139-153 Sway bar fit my 1999 Ford Superduty 4WD single rear wheel WITH FIRESTONE RIDE RITE AIRBAGS?

Yes, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar, # RM-1139-153 is designed to replace the existing part and designed to work with most aftermarket parts. This is a much stronger sway bar than factory, made with stronger steel than factory and increased to 1-1/4" diameter.
