Question:

Have a 2003 Ford f-350 4x4 single rear wheels. Want to install a rear sway bar to help control side to side movement for a 2500 lb. truck camper. Truck never came with a sway bar. What model sway bar is needed and what other parts are necessary to make the install?

We have the Roadmaster sway bar part # RM-1139-153 which is a confirmed fit for your 2003 Ford F-350 4x4 with single rear wheel axle. This is a thicker 1-1/4 inch bar that replaces the sway bar you currently have. No other parts needed to install it.

Another option you might consider is the SuperSprings kit part # SSA22. This will give you additional suspension support which will help with the camper and is known to act like a sway bar in that it reduces body roll and sway. This would probably be your best all around choice.
