Question:

I have a 7” receiver and double ball. I changed trucks. This one hits the ground with a load on it. Can I buy just a just a 5” or 3” receiver?

I may have an option for you, but I will need to know which ball mount you currently have to see if there is a replacement shank available by itself.

Another option is to go ahead and replace your current ball mount with the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10037B which has up to 5" of drop, or the # BWTS10033B which has up to 3-1/2" drop.

Both of these options include a 2" hitch ball with a 7500lb towing capacity, and 2-5/16" hitch ball with a 10000lb towing capacity.
