Question:

For a 2019 f150 that measures 17 1/4” to the inside bottom of the receiver would you recommend the 3” adjustable or the 5”? Thanks

Out of those two options, I recommend the 3" Drop B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount item # BWTS10047B for your 2019 Ford F-150.

Both the 3" B&W Tow and Stow item # BWTS10047B and the 5" B&W Tow and Stow item # BWTS10048B are recommended to have 11" of clearance from the lowest portion of the ball mount to the ground so you don't have to worry about hitting the ground. So the 3" drop one would be better than the 5".

While not as pretty, a better option might be the B&W Triple Tow Tri-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches item # BWBMTT31004. This ball mount has comparable capacities and would eliminate the worry of ground clearance.
