Does The Replacement Hardware For Westin Signature Series Steps Work For One Or Two Steps?

In regards to Item # 25-168PK: is the part only intended to be a replacement for ONE step rail i.e., just one side of my truck?. Do I need two of these parts to complete both sides of my truck? It appears this way based on the picture.

The Replacement Hardware for Westin Signature Series 3" and Platinum Series Round Step Bars # 25-168PK you were looking at includes all of the replacement hardware and brackets to mount two Westin 3" Round Nerf Bars.
If you can tell me the Year/Make/Model of your vehicle I would be happy to confirm if the # 25-168PK is the correct hardware for you.
